Oasis reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time (for example to reflect updates to the Service or to reflect changes in the law). 1.3.3. Usage History. You may provide additional information by using our Service, including our mobile applications. For example, when you play our games, we also collect information about your play and interaction with other users and the Service.

Further, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining access to this information.

8. Your Choices

When you register for an Account or later access your Account, you will be able to adjust settings and preferences within your Account to choose whether to share and make publicly visible other pieces of your information, and the Site and Service will display your information based on the settings and preferences you choose. You can review and revise your Profile and Account information at any time.

9. International Users

The information discussed in this Privacy Policy is collected and controlled by Oasis. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, you agree that such information will be processed for the purposes described herein. As described above, Oasis also may subcontract the processing of your data to, or otherwise share your data with, subsidiaries, service providers, and business partners in countries other than your country of residence. The data-protection laws in these countries may be different from, and less stringent than, those in your country of residence. You expressly consent to such transfer and processing.

10. Third Party Links

The Site or Service may contain links to other websites and online services ("Linked Sites"). The fact that we link to a third-party website or service is not an endorsement or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy policies or practices. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such Linked Sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to such Linked Sites.

11. Our Policy Regarding Children

The Site and Service are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 18. 12. Blockchain Transactions

Please note that blockchain transactions are inherently public. When you interact with our Service using blockchain technology, certain information about your transactions (such as wallet addresses and transaction amounts) may be publicly visible on the blockchain. This is a fundamental characteristic of blockchain technology and is outside of our control.
